If you represent an outdoors related, for-profit event, or a business, we have many opportunities for sponsorship and advertising.
We will accept plain ascii text, rtf, MS-Word, or pdf advertising (max 1000 words) to our e-mail address.
Please include all of the important information such as:
The same terms of submission of events, also applies to articles. So, (as above)..."If you represent a non-profit...blah, blah, blah", we'd also like your articles!
If you've always wanted to be an outdoors writer, this is your also chance! We will accept plain ascii text file attachments (max 500 words) to our e-mail address. Our deadline, for submitting articles, is generally a week before the end of the month.
For organizations, clubs and events we can accept logos in gif format and if you have a good quality photo, to support your article, scanned in a low to medium resolution jpg format, try sending them to us as an attachment. We can't print photos of persons without their consent, so please keep it to mountains, trees, critters, etc.
Oh! By the way the photo, and submission, has to be your own, so no stealing of other's work! Because we're a publication, we'll also accept media releases.
Please remember that we can't print all submissions and will take editorial license when printing. We also can't return files or images with articles. We are also not responsible for inaccuracies in articles, announcements etc. that we don't write.
If you represent a non-profit outdoors group, association, government department, or educational institute that offers outdoors activities, as above, please send us your URL to our e-mail address.
Make sure that you tell us the name of the organization and where you are located.
